You can get the latest installation package from MinGW official website: http://www.mingw.org.

From the following mirror site, we can get all installation packages from version 3.0.

The setup program will guide you to install MinGW from internet. Here we use version 5.1 for demonstration. After downloading MinGW-5.1.2.exe file from the mirror site, we start the program. Firstly, we get a welcome page.

Select¡°Next¡±,

In this step we choose "Download and install". If you just want to download the MinGW files and install them later, please select "Download only". And then select "Next".

In this step we choose "Current" package to install. Then select "Next".

ÕâIn this step we select "Full" type to install, which need 146M bytes space. If you are not going to use Ada and Java, you can uncheck Ada Compiler and Java Compiler to without installing them. Then you select "Next".

In this step you can select a folder for MinGW to install in. By default it is "C:\MinGW\". Then select "Next" to start install.

°²×°The setup program now begins to download the components that you selected before. After downloading ok, installation will start.

After installation complete, select "Next" to finish.

Select "Finish" to exit from the setup program.
